Everton’s Bramley-Moore Dock stadium plan will “turbo-charge” the north end of the Liverpool Waters scheme – and Peel says the scheme is winning interest from around the world.

Club CEO Denise Barrett-Baxendale was at the MIPIM international property festival this week promoting the stadium development to global investors.

Bramley-Moore Dock is part of Peel’s £5bn Liverpool Waters scheme to redevelop the city’s former docklands from Princes Dock northwards.

Darran Lawless of Peel Land and Property is also at MIPIM – and the Everton stadium plan is a key part of his sales pitch.
